Exchanged

We have exchanged contracts!

Finally the house is going to be ours. On Monday with a bit of luck.
Just umpteen complicated money-movements to go and we can get shifting. I'll post a pic when we are in as the Clematis and vines climbing up all around the cottage are beginning to look really nice.

In other news...
the GF and I have cancelled our World of Warcraft account. After more than 2 years of playing it is definitely time to move on. I bought a lifetime sub to Lord of the Rings Online. Its looking like a fun game with oodles of atmosphere and some very nice touches indeed.

My 10 days with no interwebz will be hard indeed... Still, perhaps we will complete the unpacking in a faster time-frame than the usual '3 years'.

I'm never moving house again!

Before the cat has her holiday in the cattery, her owners begin the last minute panic packing and we calculate the complex algebraic algorthym that says just how late on Sunday can we leave the packing of the computers.

After the move I will be offline for 10.. yes 10 days!!1!!!eleventyone!!!11

Easter

Its obvious from the picture below that the GF and I are wasted in Science and IT when quite obviously we should be making Easter Eggs for a living.

Mortgage approved! Huzzah and stuffs.

Completion, moving and getting very drunk day is likely 30th April. Lets just hope its plain sailing from here as I think Oba's running out of Mercs to sacrifice for us.
